摘要: 管廊的结构设计工作是石油化工结构设计的重要组成部分,三维协同设计是目前石油化工设计行业内的一个发展趋势,它具有可视化、实时协同、高效等优点。 尝试采用 PDS、SP3D等三维模型软件和STAAD PR0计算软件进行管廊设计,并对该类软件的应用、计算过程进行了详细阐述;希望能给予结构工程师一些灵感和启发,提高设计效率及其准确性。同时推动三维协同设计在管廊结构设计工作中得到更广泛的应用

Abstract: The structural design of pipe rack is a major component in the structural design of petrochemical construction. 3D collaborative design, which has advantages of visualization, real-time collaboration and high efficiency, is a developing trend in petrochemical industry. This paper tries to design the pipe rack using 3D software including PDS, SP3D and calculation software STAAD PRO, and discusses in detail the use of the software and the process of calculation, so as to give inspiration to structural engineers to improve the design efficiency and accuracy and promote the wider application of 3D Collaborative Design in the structural design of pipe rack.
